Ingredients:

  • Pizza base, Pita bread or English muffins can be used as base
  • Sauce for base – Pizza sauce, tomato paste, BBQ sauce, pesto
  • A selection of topping of your choice – 2 – 5 toppings are idealeg onion, onion, ham, pineapple, mushroom, left over roast veg, capsicum, ham, bacon, chicken and grated cheese to top Method:

    Heat oven to hot (approx. 1800) Preheat tray you will cook pizza on.
    Top base with sauce, toppings then grated cheese
    Place on hot tray and cook for 15 – 20 mins, until base is crispy and cheese is completely melted Note: to ensure a super crispy base you can place pizza directly on oven shelf and place tray on shelf below to catch drips.
