Jody is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Jody has a passion for food, nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Her professional, holistic approach has seen her introduce and support the welcomed changes in the lives of many clients. Jody has personal and professional experience in many areas of Medical Nutrition Therapy and has a focussed interest in gastrointestinal health and IBD, clinical nutrition, menu planning, weight management, food intolerances and allergies, managing chronic illness. Jody delivers positive health outcomes, using the latest evidence-based best practice guidelines with an empathetic, non-judgemental open mind.
In her spare time, Jody has a passion for community service and particularly enjoyed her time coordinating a team to plan and prepare meals for the families staying at The Ronald McDonald House. Jody is also an active volunteer for the Pyjamas Foundation, Connect Communty + Kids and various community events. Jody embraces the Sunshine Coast Lifestyle, markets, hinterland walks, yoga, beach and stand up paddle boarding. Her passion for food sees her often cooking up a storm while experimenting and designing recipes.
