Green Goddess Smoothie

(serves 1)

Handful of English Spinach
2 – 3 sprigs of mint leaves
1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple juice (or you can blend the fresh pineapple pieces for more fibre)
1⁄2 Banana (see tip)
3⁄4 cup coconut water (or water)

Variation

– Add in your favourite protein powder for a delicious breakfast

Method:

Blend all ingredients together until desired texture. Best consumed immediately but can be stored in the fridge for up to 12 hours

TIPS:
Store peeled and halved bananas in a snap lock bag in the freezer and use it straight from the freezer to the smoothie to create a thicker consistency
